Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trial Access Fee
New subscribers are charged a one-time $0.99 trial access fee when starting their 3-day trial. This fee is non-refundable.
Monthly Subscription
After the 3-day trial, your subscription renews at $29.99 per month. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged the monthly fee.
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid period.
How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time in under a minute:
- Log in to your CuraPace account
- Go to Settings from the dashboard
- Click Manage subscription
- Select Cancel plan in the billing portal
There are no cancellation fees and no questions asked.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@curapace.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review your case and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
